摘　　要：介绍了以高性能单片机ATmega2560为主控制器,采用AD7994芯片作数据AD采样,使用USB1.1接口芯片为数据传输手段的新型振动监测仪器的硬件构成;阐述了下位机和上位机的固件及软件开发方法;完成现场测试所需要的采集,存储,传输,数据分析等功能;通过对电机机组的实际监测实验,证明了该仪器通讯快捷,准确可靠,满足现场测试的性能要求。Describes a new instrument of vibration monitoring,which uses ATmega2560 single chip as process core,AD7994 chip as AD sampling tool and USB1.1 chip as communication means.The structure of hardware,the implementation of firmware in single chip and the method of software developing in PC are introduced.The instrument achieves the functions in field measurement like data acquisition,storage,communication,and analysis.According to the test with electromotor units,the instrument is fast and reliable.It meets the requirement of field tests.
