摘  要:通过负压铸渗工艺在ZG45表面获得与其结合良好的厚5 mm的耐磨镍基渗层,对渗层的相进行了分析。用THT-2000型摩擦试验机,对比考察了镍基合金渗层与铸钢基体在不同温度下的摩擦磨损性。结果表明,铸钢基体和渗层的摩擦系数都随温度的升高而降低,同一温度下渗层的摩擦系数小于铸钢基体,这主要是由于温度升高改变了材料表面的属性,以及氧参与摩擦改变了摩擦系统的摩擦性质。在不同温度下镍基渗层的耐磨性要优于ZG45基体的,室温时最为显著,其磨损量是基体磨损量的1/3。渗层的存在提高了材料的耐磨性,起到了保护基体的作用。镍基渗层的磨损机制主要受氧化和粘着磨损控制。The wear resistant infiltrated Ni layer on ZG45 substrate,which has good bonding with the substrate,was produced by vacuum infiltration technique.The phase compostion of the layer was analyzed.The wear behavior of both ZG45 and Ni-based coating on ZG45 substrate at different temperature was comparatively investigated by THT-2000 friction and wear tester.The results show that,the friction coefficient of both ZG45 substrate and Ni based coating decreases with the temperature rises.The friction coefficient of ZG45 substrate is less than the layer friction coefficient,the main reason is the properties of the material surface changing at high temperature and the friction properties changes when oxygen joins in the wear process.Compared with the cast steel,the wear resistance of the layer is greatly superior to ZG45 substrate at different temperature,the layer abrasion loss is less than the abrasion loss of the substrate at room temperature,which is roughly 1/3 of the substrate.The Ni-based infiltrated layer improves the wear resistance.The wear mechanisms of the coating are dominated by the oxidation,transfer and adhesion on the substrate.
