摘　　要：对击针成形工艺进行了分析,采用冷镦挤工艺制备该零件,并进行了工艺计算,介绍了剪切模和冷镦挤模的结构,给出了冷镦挤凹模的设计方法,保证了该零件冷镦挤成形的进行。The molding process of the firing pin was analyzed,the part was formed by cold upsetting-extruding process,and the process design was calculated.The shear modulus and microstructure of the cold upsetting-extruding mode were introduced.The cold upsetting and extrusion die design method was given,which can ascertain the cold upsetting-extruding
