摘　　要：目的建立和应用多个血型系统血清学分型结果对两个标本同源性进行评估的方法。方法用血清学方法随机对200例佛山地区无偿献血者标本进行ABO、Kidd、Xg、P、MNS血型分型；结合以往本地区Rh血型分布数据，计算并分析上述血型在本地区无偿献血人群的分布频率；对两个待分析的标本进行上述血型分型，以两者分型结果一致作为判定两标本同源的依据，结合本地区上述血型分布频率特点与本单位平均留样出错率与平均年采样量，计算本方法的年误判率；用本方法随机对10例献血者试管与辫管标本的同源性进行评估，观察本方法的实际可行性。结果应用本方法在本地区对两个标本同源性进行评估的最大年误判率为0．00306次／年，10例献血者试管与辫管标本的同源性评估，年误判率为（0．00190～0．00004次／年。结论在本地区应用多个血型系统血清学分型结果对两个无偿献血者标本同源性进行评估的方法是可靠、简便和可行的。Objective To establish and apply a method for evaluating homology of two samples by results of serological typing in multiple blood-group systems. Methods Two hundred samples of voluntary blood donors were serological typed in ABO, Kidd, Xg, P, and MNS blood group randomly. According to the results of Rh blood group serological typing in the area of Foshan, the distribution frequency of blood groups above mentioned in voluntary blood donors was calculated and analyzed. Analyzed samples were serological typed. Two samples of the same results were determined homologous. According to the distribution frequency of blood groups above mentioned in this area, sampling error rate and the amount of samples yearly, the misjudgment rate of this method was calculated. The homology of samples of ten voluntary blood donors was evaluated by this method randomly, the feasibility of this method was observed. Results In this area, the maximum misjudgment rate of this method for evaluating homology of two samples was 0. 00306 time per year. The misjudgment rate of samples of ten voluntary blood donors was from 0. 00190 times per year to 0. 00004 times per year. Conclusion In this area, the method for evaluating homology of two samples applying results of serological typing in multiple blood-group systems is reliable, handy and feasible.
