摘　　要：目的探讨CT对肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的诊断价值及鉴别诊断。方法对经手术病例证实的23例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的临床、病理及CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果本组病例均起源于肾上腺并检出瘤体内有脂肪成分,肿瘤呈圆形或类圆形,肿瘤内的密度不均匀,以脂肪为主20例,以软组织为主的3例,2例病灶内可见点状钙化,增强扫描软组织呈轻度至中度强化。结论 CT对肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤具有重要的诊断价值,可以首选检查方法。Objective To study the diagnosis values of CT in adrenal myelolipoma. Methods Twenty-three patients with adrenal myelolipoma confirmed by surgery of the clinical, pathological and CT expression were analyzed retrospectively. Results Tumors in this study were all derived from adrenal and fat were detected in tumors, tumors were round or oval, uneven density within the tumor. 20 cases were fat-based, 3 cases were soft tissue, and 2 cases small calcification were seen within lesions. Enhanced scan showed mild to moderate soft tissue enhancement. Conclusion CT of adrenal myelolipoma has important diagnostic value, and can be the preferred screening method.
