摘  要:通过对大型低碳不锈钢水轮机上冠铸造技术的特点及难点分析,研究了上冠的铸造生产工艺。生产中采用了保温冒口、水玻璃砂造型、电弧炉熔炼和氩气保护等技术措施。结果表明,经过合理的工艺设计,减少了大型铸件的铸造缺陷,提高了铸件的内在质量,成功生产出了高质量的大型低碳不锈钢上冠铸件。The foundry technique characteristic and difficulty of producing large low carbon stainless steel water turbine upper canopy were analyzed,and the foundry technology of the upper canopy was studied.Some measures such as insulated feeder,silicate bonded sand mould,arc melting with argon shield protection were adopted.The results showed that high quality casting of large low carbon stainless steel water turbine upper was produced successfully,because of the suitable foundry technology,the foundry defects of large casting were reduced,and the casting inner quality was improved.
