摘　　要：基于铸件均衡凝固理论,拟定锌锭模铸件的浇注方案及浇注系统的设计计算;然后利用Pro/E和Procast软件,模拟锌锭模铸件的浇注工艺过程。对比结果表明,两者基本吻合。通过模拟可以预知铸件可能产生的铸造缺陷,优化铸造工艺。Based on the proportional solidification theory,the pouring plan and the gating system design calculations for zinc ingot mold casting were prepared.Then the numerical simulation of zinc ingot mold by use of Pro / E and Procast software was conducted.By comparison,the results indicated that the two are consistent.The possible casting defects can be predicted by simulating and the casting process optimization obtained.
