摘  要:铝杆生产中控制铸坯质量是得到优质铝杆的关键,获得优质铸坯除了要防止出现夹渣、裂纹、缩孔等常见铸造缺陷外,关键是如何得到具有等轴细晶组织的铸坯,理论分析并结合实践生产经验,制定了细化处理时铝钛硼杆最佳加入量,膨化处理时加入不同氟硼酸钾量的试验方案。试验在意大利生产的高强杆生产线进行,经前后15组试验,获得了得到等轴细晶组织铸坯的工艺方法,取得以下试验结果:细化处理时铝钛硼杆最佳加入量为0.8~1.0 m/min;膨化处理时氟硼酸钾加入量可按经验公式计算添加,一般为0.7~1.0 kg/t;氟硼酸钾与铝钛硼杆同时使用时存在相互干扰,要合理调配工艺。最终形成一套可靠地获得优质铸坯的现场生产工艺措施。To obtain high quality rods during aluminium rod production,the key factor was controlling the quality of cast blank.Besides preventing the casting defects of contamination,cracks,shrink holes,the key factor was how to obtain cast blank with equiaxial fine grain organization.According to theoretical analysis and production practice,the test scheme was established to select optimum feeding amount of Aluminium-Titanium-Boron alloy rods during grain refining,and various feeding amount of Potassium Borofluoride during Boron treatment.Test was carried out on Italian high strength aluminium rod production line.After 15 groups of test,the technology method to obtain cast blank with equiaxial fine grain organization was found.The testing result is as following: Optimum feeding amount of Aluminium-Titanium-Boron alloy rods during grain refining is 0.8~1.0 m/min;Generally,feeding amount of Potassium Borofluoride during Boron treatment is 0.7~1.0 kg/t;Mutual interference exists when using Potassium Borofluoride and Aluminium-Titanium-Boron alloy rods at the same time,so the process should be arranged suitably.Finally,an on-site technology method to obtain high quality cast blank has come to being.
