肠内营养制剂“均营素”在重型颅脑损伤术后病人的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:评价"均营素"肠内营养(EN)支持在重型颅脑损伤术后病人的应用效果。方法:将62例重型颅脑损伤病人随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组32例,经鼻胃管管饲EN制剂"均营素";对照组30例,管饲家庭自制流质饮食。比较两组病人EN前后血清总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)、前清蛋白(PA)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)、血糖(GLU)、丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、钾(K)、钠(Na)等的变化,并观察EN支持期间病人的胃肠道反应。结果:两组病人TP、ALB、PA等指标均能维持在正常水平。试验组病人的ALB、PA明显高于对照组,GLU值和胃肠道并发症发生率明显低于对照组。结论:"均营素"对重型颅脑损伤病人的营养支持效果优于家庭自制流质饮食,胃肠道并发症较低。Objective：To evaluate the application of enteral nutrition（EN） support in the patients of severe craniocerebral injury.Methods：Sixty-two patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.32 were fed with enteral nutritious formula named ＂JUNYINGSU＂ and 30 with home-made liquid diet by nosal gastric tube.The serum levels of total protein（TP）,albumin（ALB）,prealbumin（PA）,hemoglobin（Hb）,total lymphocyte count（TLC）,blood glucose（GLU）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate amino transferase（AST）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,creatinine（Cr）,potassium（K）and natrium（Na）were measured and the gastrointestinal complications were observed.Results：The biochemical indexes of TP,ALB,PA and other were keep in normal.Compared with the control group,patients treated with ＂JUNYINGSU＂ had significantly higher ALB,PA with lower GLU and gastrointestinal complications.Conclusion：The effect of nutritional support of ＂JUNYINGSU＂ is better than home-made liquid diet and play a significant role in nutritional care.
