摘 要:文中分析了铝及铝合金与钢异种金属焊接时存在的问题,认为铝合金/钢熔-钎焊接是最适合铝合金/钢复合结构制造的焊接技术。介绍了熔-钎焊接的概念及特点,综述了国内外激光熔-钎焊、TIG熔-钎焊、MIG熔-钎焊、CMT熔-钎焊以及激光+MIG电弧复合熔-钎焊等焊接工艺方法在铝合金与钢异种金属连接中的研究现状,并对比了各种工艺方法的优缺点。最后指出,合适的填充材料和钎剂的开发以及焊接热输入的精确控制是实现铝及铝合金与钢异种金属优质高效连接的关键。Welding is the key technology to manufacture the Al alloy/steel composite structures.However,the great differences between aluminum alloy and steel in thermal physical and chemical properties lead to the defects such as brittle intermetallic compounds,cracks,slag and so on,in welding process,which deteriorates the welding quality and mechanical properties of joints.The problems in joining aluminum alloy to steel were analyzed and the fusion-brazing welding was thought as the most suitable welding technology of aluminum alloy to steel.The principle and characteristics of fusion-brazing welding were introduced,and the research developments of laser fusion-brazing welding,TIG arc fusion -brazing welding,MIG arc fusion-brazing welding,CMT fusion-brazing welding and laser + MIG arc hybrid fusion-brazing welding of aluminum to steel were summarized,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.It is point out that the proper filler metal and brazing fluxes as well as the accurate control of heat input are the key factors to realize the high efficient and quality fusion-brazing welding of aluminum alloy to steel.
