摘 要:以正硅酸乙酯为原料,氨水作催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法在醇-水-氨体系中制备了单分散球形SiO2微粉,并采用XRD,SEM,FT-IR和UV-VIS对制备的SiO2微粉进行了表征.结果表明,SiO2微粉为非晶态颗粒,外形为规则的球形,粒度均匀、分散性良好、粒径分布范围窄.SiO2微球的红外图谱在1 126,805和475 cm-1处分别出现Si—O—Si的不对称伸缩振动峰、对称伸缩振动峰和弯曲振动峰,且SiO2微球具有良好的紫外线吸收能力.SiO2微球在形成过程中,氨水浓度影响显著,是正硅酸乙酯水解的控制因素.Mono-disperse spherical SiO2 were successfully synthesized by sol-gel method in the isopropanol-H2O-NH3 system.Tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS) and ammonia were used as raw materials and catalyst,respectively.The as-prepared SiO2 powder was characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and UV-VIS.The results indicated that the synthesized SiO2 powder is amorphous with regular mono-dispersed spherical feature,uniform size,smooth surface,good dispersity and narrow size distribution.There are broad absorption bands at 1 126,805 and 475 cm1 in FT-IR spectrum,which are attributed to the asymmetric stretching vibration,the symmetric stretching vibration and the bending vibration of Si—O—Si bond,respectively.The SiO2 powder has strong ability to absorb ultraviolet.The concentration of ammonia has notable influence on the size of ultrafine SiO2 particles and is the key factor of the hydrolysis of TEOS.
