摘　　要：介绍了双蓄热燃烧技术的控制策略及在大型环形加热炉上的应用。主要介绍了应用双蓄热燃烧技术过程中的几个难点:如换向控制策略、排烟温度控制和炉压控制等;生产情况应用表明:控制系统运行稳定,控制策略正确,各项关键参数控制效果良好。Control algorithm and application of double regenerative combustion technology in Large-sized rotary hearth furnace is described.Some difficulties for application of double regenerative combustion technology are introduced,such as control algorithm of changeover control,smoke temperature control,pressure in furnace control,etc.The application indicates that the control system runs stably,the control algorithm is correct,and some key parameters have a good control result.
