盐浴渗钒层的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：针对Cr12MoV钢和T8钢,研究了盐浴渗钒层的制备工艺,同时对盐浴渗钒层的组成、相结构、硬度和耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明,通过本研究开发的熔盐配比和处理工艺,获得的渗层主要由碳化钒组成,而且渗层组织均匀、结构致密、具有很高的显微硬度和良好的耐磨性。The preparation procedure of vanadized layers by salt-bath for Cr12MoV steel and T8 steel was studied,and the vanadium carbide coating composition,phase structure,hardness and frictional resistance were researched also.The results showed that the coating was mainly formed by the VC,it was of compact and uniform structure with high micro-hardness and good frictional resistance.
