摘 要:研究沸石对樱桃谷肉鸭肝脏抗氧化性能和组织中金属元素含量的影响。结果表明:添加3%、5%和7%沸石能不同程度地提高肉鸭肝脏SOD活性(P>0.05),降低MDA含量(P>0.05),显著降低肉鸭肝脏中的镉含量(P<0.05),还能一定程度上提高肝脏、胸肌、腿肌中铜、铁、锌的含量;其中1%沸石组能显著提高肝脏中铁和锌的含量(P<0.05),5%沸石组能显著提高肝脏铁的含量和胸肌中铁和锌的含量(P<0.05)。This experiment was to study the effects of zeolite on the antioxidative performance of cherry valley duck liver and the metal elements content of tissue. The results indicated that zeolite addition of 3 %, 5 % and 7 %could improve the SOD activity in duck liver (P〉0.05) to varying degrees and reduced the content of MDA (P〉0.05),and the content of Cd (P〈 0.05) in duck liver decreased significantly,as well as the content of Cu,Fe and Zn in liver,breast muscle and leg muscle increased to some extent. Adding 1% zeolite could significantly increase the contents of Fe and Zn in liver (P〈0. 05), while adding 5% zeolite could significantly increase not only the content of Fe in liver, but also the contents of Fe and Zn in breast muscle (P〈0.05).
