微创漏斗胸矫治术62例

摘　　要：目的总结微创漏斗胸矫治术的经验。方法 2008年1月-2011年4月我科对62例儿童漏斗胸行微创矫治术,其中男孩41例,女孩21例,年龄5-24岁,平均13岁,漏斗指数（Haller）3.5-26,平均15,其中对称型52例,偏心性10例,伴脊柱侧弯2例,其中放置1根钢板56例,放置2根钢板6例。结果全组患者治愈,5例术后少量气胸（〈15%）,无严重并发症,随访均无复发,疗效满意。结论微创漏斗胸矫治术安全可靠,创伤小,恢复快,术后不适感轻。Objective To summarize the experience of minimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum（MIRPE） on children.Methods 62 pediatric patients were performed by MIRPE during Jan 2008～Apr 2011,which includes 41 boys and 21 girls.Their average age is 13 ranging from 5～24.Haller index is 3.5～26,and the average is 15.52 cases were symmetrical,10 cases were eccentical,2 case were accompanied with scoliosis.We placed one steel plate on 56 patients while two steel plates on 6 patients.Results The whole group of patients are cured,with no severe complications except 5 cases of mild pneumothorax（15%）,no cases have relapse during our follow-up.Conclusion Minimally invasive repair of pectus excavatum is safe and reliable with minimal trauma,fast recovery and mild discomfort.
