茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察思连康联合茵栀黄治疗母乳性黄疸的疗效。方法 156例母乳性黄疸患儿随机分为两组:对照组78例,采用苯巴比妥药物治疗;治疗组78例,给予思连康联合茵栀黄药物治疗。结果治疗组在胆红素下降有效率方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思连康联合茵栀黄治疗母乳性黄疸疗效快,无不良反应。Objective To observe the efficacy of combining use of Yinzhihuang oral solution with siliankangpian in treatment of breast milk jaundice.Methods 156 infants with breastmilk jaundice were randomly divided into two groups,78 cases of control group used phenobarbitone tablet,78 cases of observation group were given Yinzhihuang oral solution combined with siliankangpian.Results The declining value of bilirubin in observation group was obviously higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Application of Yinzhihuang oral solution combining with siliankangpian（Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus Tablets） in treatment of breast milk jaundice could lower the level of bilirubin quickly and shorten therapeutic period.
