微创改良小切口提眉并眉间除皱术68例应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨微创改良小切口提眉并眉间除皱的手术效果。方法回顾性分析我院68例因眉下垂等面部老化因素行微创改良小切口提眉并眉间除皱术的临床资料。术前准确的手术设计,通过眉上缘切口入路,提眉切除多余皮肤及皮下组织经改善眉下垂,离断降眉肌及皱眉肌以减轻眉间皱纹。结果本组切口均Ⅰ期愈合,眉部切口痕迹不易察觉,眉间皱纹较前明显减轻40例,不显28例。术后随访6~30个月,矫正效果满意。结论微创改良小切口提眉并眉间除皱术可达到明显改善眉眼老年化的目的 ,创伤小,简单易行。Objective To explore the surgical effect of glabellum rhytidectomy and eyebrow lifts by mini incisions.Methods 68 patients underwent glabellum rhytidectomy and eyebrow lifts operation by mini incisions for eyebrow ptosis and other factors of aging face,and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.The surgeries had been carefully designed.Through an incision approach on superior border of the eyebrow,redundant skin and hypodermis were excised to improve eye brow ptosis,and depressor supercilii and musculus corrugator supercilii were amputated to relieve glabellar frown lines.Results All incisions healed at the first stage but with traces difficult to be found.The glabellar frown lines were relieved obviously in 40 patients,but not obvious in 20 patients.After a 6-30 month follow-up,all corrections were satisfactory.Conclusion The glabellum rhytidectomy and eyebrow lifts by mini incisions can significantly improve the senescence at eyebrow-eye area with good effects and minimal invasion.
