摘　　要：目的探讨在股骨干骨折髓内钉内固定术中,应用喉箍辅助复位固定,评估其优越性。方法在38例股骨干骨折病例髓内钉内固定术中,使用喉箍辅助复位固定,进行回顾性分析。结果股骨干骨折髓内钉内固定中应用喉箍辅助复位固定,术中操作方便,术后骨折均近解剖复位,固定效果满意。结论喉箍在股骨干骨折髓内钉内固定应用,可得到良好的复位固定效果,值得推荐使用。Objective To assess the superiority of the application of hose clamps in surgery of femoral shaft fracture fixation with intramedullary nailing.Methods Thirty-eight cases subject to hose hoops in surgery of femoral shaft fracture fixation with intramedullary nailing were reviewed.Results The hose hoops in surgery of femoral shaft fracture fixation with intramedullary nailing were applied,which made surgery easy to operate.Almost all fractures were anatomically reduced,and the fixation effect was satisfied.Conclusion The application of hose hoops in surgery of femoral shaft fracture fixation with intramedullary nailing can achieve satisfactory effects of reduction and fixation.
