重组人表皮细胞生长因子在烧伤后慢性溃疡创面治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮细胞生长因子(rhEGF)在烧伤后慢性溃疡创面应用后的临床效果。方法选择2006年1月至2010年12月就诊的烧伤后慢性溃疡创面68例,随机分成rhEGF治疗组和非rhEGF治疗组,rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用rhEGF,非rhEGF治疗组创面换药时外用生理盐水,其他处理措施两组完全相同。观察创面变化、创面愈合时间及创面局部和全身的不良反应。结果两组治疗方法比较,rhEGF治疗组创面愈合时间明显提前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),rhEGF应用后无不良反应发生。结论创面局部应用rhEGF可促进烧伤后慢性溃疡创面愈合。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor on healing of chronic ulcer wound in postburn patients.Methods From January 2006 to December 2010,sixty-eight postburn patients with chronic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups： rhEGF treatment group and non rhEGF treatment group.These patients of rhEGF treatment group were treated with rhEGF by the way of local sprinkling.Another thirty-four patients with chronic ulcer were adopted as the control group and were treated with 0.9% saline in the same way.Other measure was completely identical in two groups.The healing time of chronic ulcer wounds and the local and systemic reactions of patients were observed.Results The healing time of chronic ulcer wound was obviously shorter with rhEGF than that of another group and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion rhEGF can enhance the healing of chronic ulcer wound in postburn patient.
