摘　　要：医院外事工作是提高医院整体医疗水平和科研能力,加强学科建设与人才培养的重要推动力,亦是促进医院可持续发展的重要保证。在新形势下医院外事工作管理与服务职能不断转变与延伸的形势下,各级医院应加强领导,创新思维,健全制度,重视"收益率",以此四个方面开拓新形势下深层次、宽领域、全方位、可持续的医院对外交流合作新局面。Foreign affairs in hospital is an important promoting force for the overall medical level and research ability,as well as subject construction and personnel training.It is the important guarantee for hospital＇s sustainable development.Accroding to the management and service function of the foreign affairs in the new situation,this article presented five aspcets-strengthening guidance,innovating thought,perfecting system,developing communication and emphasizing rate of return,in order to develop deep level,wide field,all directional and sustainable new situation for foreign communication and cooperation.
