氢溴酸加兰他敏胶囊溶出度的HPLC测定

摘　　要：ＨＰＬＣ法测定氢溴酸加兰他敏胶囊的溶出度。用μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋ Ｐｈｅｎｙｌ色谱柱，甲醇－磷酸盐缓冲液（１０∶９０），回收率高于９８％ ，日内与日间ＲＳＤ 分别为１．３４％ 和０．６２％ 。方法选择性好，灵敏度高，结果准确。A HPLC method was established for the determination of dissolution of galantamine hydrobromide capsules,using a μBondapak Phenyl column and methanol phosphate buffer (10∶90) as mobile phase, with the flow rate of 1.0ml/min and 289nm as detective wavelength. The standard curve was linear within the range of 5～25μg/ml. The reco very was over 98%. The intra day and inter day RSD were 1.34% and 0.62%, respectively. This method was more simple, accurate and reproducible than spectrophotometry.
