摘　　要：农村土地市场与劳动力市场之间存在着密切的联系,探索有效的土地流转机制,实现劳动力的高效转移,是提高生产要素配置效率的重要途径。文章从土地市场与劳动力市场的内在联系出发,分析了劳动力转移中兼业经营降低了土地流转效率、土地流转制度的不完善阻碍了劳动力转移的现状,有针对性地提出了加快劳动力转移、创新农地流转机制和完善农村社会保障制度等对策。There is a close link between land market and labor market.In order to improve the efficiency of production factor allocation,we should explore how to realize effective land circulation mechanism and labor transfer.From the relationship between land market and labor market,this paper analyzes such issues that the concurrent business of farmers reduced the efficiency of land conversion and the existing system of rural land circulation hindered the labor transfer.Finally,it proposed the countermeasure so as to promote the interaction between circulation of rural lands and the labor transfer.
