摘　　要：文章指出,全球价值链内企业升级的绩效包括三方面内容:核心能力提升、价值链地位提升以及社会效益提升。建立有关升级绩效评价的指标体系,包括3个一级指标和11个二级指标。文章以东莞IT产业集群为例,对企业升级绩效进行评价,建立相关计量模型分析东莞IT企业升级的影响因素,结果表明,升级绩效主要受集群外部经济、要素资源引力因素和全球价值链治理环境因素的影响。This paper points out that the upgrade of enterprises＇ performance in global value chain includes： the upgrade of core competitiveness,position upgrade and social effect.To establish the performance evaluation system,including 3 first level index and 11sub level index.This paper takes the IT industry in Dongguan as example;evaluates the performance of enterprises upgrade,builds relevant model.The result indicates that the performance is affected by outer economy,factor resources and global value chain environment.
