摘　　要：传统的涤纶制条一般用涤纶散纤维经梳理的方法制条或用涤纶长丝经切断法直接制条。通过对传统涤纶制条方法与拉断法涤纶长丝直接制条的工艺流程与产品特点进行了对比,探索了利用拉断法生产工艺进行涤纶长丝制条的产品开发,并对试验中存在的问题提出了改进措施,为涤纶条生产提供了一种全新的加工方法与工艺。The traditional polyester band-making is usually made from polyester staple fibers on carding machine or polyester filaments by cutting method.The stretch-breaking technology to produce wool-style polyester top is explored,providing a new processing method by comparing the traditional methods with stretch-breaking in technology process and product development.
