摘　　要：从络筒工序中的设备管理和工艺优化两个方面分析了降低细小纱疵的措施。通过加强设备管理和工艺优化,筒纱各指标大幅度提高,其中细小纱疵、条干均匀度、最小强力及强力CV等指标改变最为显著,避免络筒工序纱线质量恶化的现象。The measures taken to decrease the fine yam faults from the two aspects of device management system and technological parameter optimization in winding process are analyzed.By strengthening management and optimizing processes,the index of cheese are significantly improved,especially fine yarn faults,evenness,the minimum strength and strength CV,to avoid deterioration of yarns quality in winding process.
