摘  要:为研究岩溶地区水环境中有机污染物对人体健康产生的潜在危害,对重庆地下河中的多氯联苯(PCBs)进行了检测,并应用美国环保局(USEPA)的暴露评价模型对其进行了健康风险评价.结果表明,重庆地下河中总PCBs的浓度范围为0.34~52.99ng·L-1,老场和老龙洞地下河中PCBs浓度超过美国环保局规定其在淡水中的标准.同现有研究相比,研究区地下河表层水体中PCBs的污染处于中等水平.不同氯代PCBs所占比例表明,除洞口湾地下河外,研究区其他地下河PCBs可能存在近期输入.通过健康风险评价模型计算发现,研究区地下河中的PCBs通过饮水途径对儿童造成的健康风险大于对成人造成的风险.To explore the potential health hazards of organic pollutants in the karst areas,polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) in underground rivers of Chongqing were detected,and health risks were assessed by US EPA exposure assessment model.The results showed that the total concentrations of PCBs in underground rivers in Chongqing were in the range of 0.34~52.99 ng · L-1,while Laochang and Laolongdong exceeded the value recommended by the US EPA.Compared with similar research,the level of PCBs found in this study was at mid-level.The percentages of different chlorinated PCBs suggested that there might be some new inputs in underground rivers except for Dongkouwan.Based on the model of health risk assessment,the health risks caused by PCBs through drinking water for children were higher than those for adults.
