摘 要:实验用健康成年家兔30 只,氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉。在面神经核背内侧区(dMNF)细胞外记录呼吸神经元(RNs)放电,以记录膈神经放电作为呼吸的指标。在dMNF内记录到196 个RNs,其中吸气神经元 89 个(45.4% ,包括3 种亚型),呼气神经元43 个(22% ,包括3 种亚型),呼吸跨时相神经元64 个(32.6% ,包括2 种亚型)。其中吸气递增神经元和呼-吸跨时相神经元占总数54.5% 。The experiment was performed on 30 rabbits, anesthetized with urethane. Discharges of phrenic nerve were monitored. Discharge patterns of the respiratory neurons (RNs) in the dorsal medial area of nucleus facialis (dMNF) were recorded and analyzed. Among the 196 RNs recorded in the dMNF, 89 were inspiratory neurons (I,45.4%), 43 expiratory neurons (E,22%) and 64 phase spanning(PS 32.6%). Both I and E neurons could be further subdivided into 4 subtypes, the PS neurons into E I and I E type. The E I neurons and I aug neurons were 54.5% of the recorded neurons in the dMNF, which were believed to be important in the mechanism of the generation of the central respiratory rhythm.
