摘  要:ASME-BPVC-Ⅷ第二册2007版和TSG R0004—2009《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》对压力容器分析设计的安全系数均进行了调整。首先讨论了安全系数调整对中美分析设计规范中最大许用应力值的影响,其次对内压作用下的不同外内径比的圆筒作极限分析与线弹性应力分析,得到极限分析的许用载荷[P]和线弹性应力分析的许用载荷P,通过对安全系数调整前后比值P/[P]的分析比较,讨论了中美分析设计规范中关于安全系数调整的合理性。ASME-BPVC-Ⅷ,Division 2,2007 Edition and TSG R0004—2009 "Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel" have made adjustment on safety factor of analysis design for pressure vessel.Firstly,the influence of safety factor's adjustment on design stress intensity value was studied in the present paper;secondly,the limit analysis and linear elastic stress analysis were conducted on the cylinder with different outer-inner diameter ratio under internal pressure,the allowable load of limit analysis / and the allowable load of linear elastic stress analysis P were obtained.The validity of safety factor adjustment was confirmed by analyzing its impact on P/ / value.
