超声心动图彩色室壁运动技术的临床应用

摘　　要：应用超声心动图配备的彩色室壁运动技术（ＣＫ）评价了１４ 例正常人和３０ 例心血管病患者的左室整体和局部舒张功能，在声学定量（ＡＱ）图像基础上，记录舒张期心内膜ＣＫ 色带的变化。结果显示，患病组ＣＫ 异常，表现为色带局部或整体变窄，局部色带消失或色带增宽（主要是最外层黄色增加），色带异常检出率为７６．７％ ，多分布在室间隔基底段、中段及心尖部，色带异常多伴有室间隔局部纤维化及心肌缺血。研究表明，ＣＫ 技术是评价左室整体和局部舒张功能敏感实用的新方法。To evaluate the global and regional diastolic function of the left ventricle, 14 normal subjects and 30 patients with cardiovascular disease were studied using the color kinesis(CK). According to the images acquired by acoustic quantification(AQ), the changes of the CK bands which stands for the diastolic endothelium were recorded and analyzed respectively. The results showed that in patients group, the color bands became thinner regionally or thoroughly, or even became disappear regionally. The thickening of the color bands resulted mainly from the increment of the yellow layer. The rate of the abnormal bands was 76.7%, mostly distributed in the interventricular septal and apical segments of the left ventricle. The patients with abnormal CK bands always have regional myocardial fibrillition and ischemia. In conclusion, CK is a sensitive and practical method in evaluating the diastolic function of the global and regional left ventricle, and also could determine the phase of the diastolic dysfunction.
