摘  要:目的识别和分析年产200万t柴油加氢精制装置可能存在和产生的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害程度及危害类别,分析评价其职业病防治的可行性,提出有针对性的职业病防治对策和管理措施。方法选择类似的生产装置,采用类比法和检查表分析法的预评价方法进行综合分析与评价。结果该项目生产过程中可能存在和产生硫化氢、氨、非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂汽油、噪声、高温与热辐射等职业病危害因素21种。主要职业病危害因素有硫化氢、氨、苯、非甲烷总烃、溶剂汽油、噪声。结论该项目对主要职业病危害因素拟采取卫生工程防护和个人防护措施,从职业病防治角度分析该项目可行。Objective To identify and analyze the possible factors and occupational hazards of diesel hydrotreating device with 200 tons yearly production,confirm the degree and category of injury,analyze and evaluate the feasibility of professional disease prevention and treatment,provide the integrated prevention strategies and management measures.Methods An analogous process unit was selected to conduct the pre-assessment for comprehensive analysis and evaluation by using methods of analogy and checklist.Results The occupational risk factors existed and be produced in the productive process were including hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,non-methane hydrocarbon,benzene,methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,gasoline,noise etc.The major occupational risk factors were hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,benzene,non-methane hydrocarbon,gasoline and noise.Conclusion The project is intend to take health protection and personal protection measures against the major occupational risk factors,which is feasible from the perspective of occupational diseases prevention.
