病毒性心肌炎心内膜心肌活检组织中多种病毒基因检测的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的　在病毒性心肌炎心内膜心肌活检组织中同时检测肠道病毒 (EVs)、腺病毒(ADV)、人巨细胞病毒 (HCMV)、单纯疱疹病毒I型 (HSV 1)以及E B病毒 (EBV)的存在。方法　利用PCR技术检测 8例病毒性心肌炎患者心内膜心肌活检组织中多种病毒基因片段。结果　 6例病理学检查证实为心肌炎的标本中 ,3例肠道病毒RNA阳性 ,2例ADV阳性 ,其中 1例二者均阳性 ;2例病理学不支持心肌炎者中 ,1例EBV阳性。结论　病毒性心肌炎可能与EVs、ADV、EBV、HCMV等感染有关。Objective To detect enterovirus (EVs), adenovirus (ADV), human cytomegalovirus (HCMV), herpesvirus 1 (HSV 1) and E B virus (EBV) on endomyocardial biopsy (EMB) of viral myocarditis in one tissue sample at one time. Methods Eight patients diagnosed as viral myocarditis underwent right ventricular angiography examination and EMB. Various viruses were to be detected in those tissues by PCR. Results Viral myocarditis was proved by pathology in six specimens, among which 3 were EVs positive, 2 ADV positive and one positive for both EVs and ADV, in the 2 non myocarditis specimens, one was tested EBV positive. Conclusion Viral myocarditis may be associated with infections of EVs, ADV, EBV, HCMV and so on.
