摘 要:对MBR出水采用氯胺消毒,通过控制三卤甲烷(THMs)生成量的各影响因子,以使消毒效果达到最佳。试验结果表明:THMs生成量随着氯氨比值的降低而减少,氯氨比为(5∶1)、(4∶1)(、3∶1)、(2∶1)时的THMs生成量较氯消毒的分别降低了63.9%、72.5%、74.3%、75.2%。氯与氯化铵先后投加比同时投加具有更好的控制THMs生成量的效果,先氯后氯化铵、先氯化铵后氯的THMs生成量比同时投加的分别减少了约8.8%和34.4%。氯胺投量与THMs生成量具有较好的线性关系(R2=0.947 8)。THMs的生成量随着反应时间的延长而增多,但在接触10h后趋于稳定。pH值升高不利于THMs的生成,在pH值≥8后THMs的生成量趋于稳定。THMs的生成量随着温度的升高而增多,但变化幅度不大。Chloramine was used to disinfect the effluent from MBR, and the factors influencing the production of THMs were controlled to optimize the disinfection effect. The results show that with the reduction of ratio of chlorine to ammonia, the production of THMs decreases. When the ratios of chlorine to ammonia are 5 : 1, 4 : 1, 3 : 1 and 2 : 1, the production of THMs decreases by 63.9% , 72.5% , 74.3% and 75.2% respectively compared with chlorine disinfection. The way of successive adding chlo- rine and ammonium chloride has better effect than the way of simultaneous adding on controlling the pro- duction of THMs. The way of adding chloride before and after ammonium chloride decreases the produc- tion of THMs by 8.8% and 34.4% respectively compared with simultaneous adding. There is a good lin- er relationship between the production of THMs and dosage of chloramines (R2 = 0. 947 8). The produc- tion of THMs increases with contact time, but it remains stable after 10 h. Increasing the pH value is not beneficial to the production of THMs, and the production of THMs remains stable when the pH is equal to or more than 8. The production of THMs increases as the temperature rises, but has little change.
