摘 要:开放式堆肥带来的臭气逸散是堆肥工程运行中面临的重要环境问题。研究了采用CTB好氧生物堆肥工艺时加设集气罩对车间臭气的收集效果。结果表明,堆体上方加设集气罩后,基本不会造成H2S的大量富集,工作人员可进入正常作业。加设集气罩后,在低鼓风频率下,引风量提高可促进集气罩内氨气的外排,但考虑到节约能耗和集气罩内臭气浓度达标,将引风量设置为中档强度。污泥堆肥的堆体上方加设集气罩可有效促进臭气的收集与外排。Odor produced from open composting system can easily cause environmental problems during sludge composting. The collection effect of odor in workshop by gas cover was investigated using control technology for biocomposting (CTB). The results show that equipping gas cover above the composting pile would not promote the accumulation of hydrogen sulfide. The operating personnel can come into the workshop to work normally. After equipping gas cover, increasing the induced draft volume at low-frequency blast conditions can promote ammonia discharge in the gas cover. Taking into account energy conservation and odor reduction, the induced draft volume should be set as medium. Therefore, equipping gas cover above the composting pile can contribute to odor collection and discharge.
