摘 要:针对工程计算中确定悬臂拼装施工的钢箱梁段制造尺寸时考虑不够全面的状况,综合考虑结构整体变形和梁段局部变形的影响,根据设计目标和施工要求,提出端截面转角补偿的方法,计算梁段2个端截面处边腹板的制造倾角,进而确定梁段的制造线形和预拼线形,提出了梁段端截面处的顶、底板长度补偿和梁段轴向长度补偿的计算方法,并对广州黄埔大桥斜拉桥进行实际计算分析。研究结果表明:若忽略梁段局部变形,则预拼线形的误差会随着悬臂拼装的进行不断放大,梁段顶、底板处的焊缝质量和焊接收缩变形将难以控制。Aimed at current state of lack of complete consideration of determination on the fabrication dimensions of girder segments,according to design aims and construction requirements of steel box girders in full consideration of deformations obtained from global analysis of whole structure and local analysis of individual segments,compensation method of end section corner was proposed to calculate fabrication dip angle of web at two end sections and then it was used to derive the fabrication geometry and pre-assembled geometry of girders,as well as the calculating methods of axial length compensation of girders and the length compensation of top plate and bottom plate at both ends of girders were proposed.Practical calculation analysis of Guangzhou Huangpu Cable-stayed Bridge was carried out.Results show that if the local deformation of individual segment is neglected in the determination of fabrication dimensions,errors in pre-assembled geometry will increase with the cantilever erection construction process,the quality and shrinkage of welding seam will be hard to control.
