摘　　要：目的总结婴儿先天性心脏病外科治疗经验。方法 2008年4月至2009年8月行婴儿先天性心脏病手术125例,男性71例,女性54例,年龄44 d至12个月,体质量3.68~11 kg。体外循环手术119例,非体外循环手术6例。根治性手术121例,姑息性手术4例。其中1例全肺静脉异位引流（TAPVC）患儿先急诊行房缺扩大术,缺氧未改善于当晚再行根治术。复杂型先心病31例。结果本组122例（97.6%）痊愈出院,手术死亡3例（2.4%）。随访1~17月,无死亡,体质量增加,体质增强,发育良好。结论婴儿先天性心脏病手术疗效肯定,手术适应证选择和术后监护是保证疗效的关键。Objective To explore the clinical experience in surgical treatment of infantile patients with congenital heart diseases.Methods The clinical data of 125 infantile patients with congenital heart diseases operated in this hospital during April 2008 to August 2009 were reviewed and analyzed.Results They were followed up for 1～17 months after the operation,the cardiac function in all cases was NYHA I and there was no death occurred in later stage.Conclusion Infantile patients with congenital heart diseases can be operated at the earliest time.It should be emphasized that early diagnosis and early treatment will bring early recovery to these patients.The successful key for operation is the choice of proper operation procedure and time according to the indications of patients.Postoperative intensive care is also very important.
