摘 要:基于近红外光谱分析技术建立奥美拉唑定量分析方法。以高效液相色谱法作为参考方法,采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对同一厂家不同批号的奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊建立校正模型,所建模型相关系数(R)为0.978,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.0899,交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.182,校正模型的预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.161。由于该方法无需对样品进行复杂的前处理,准确、快速、简便,在实际工艺生产及药品质量监控中具有应用前景。To develop a rapid determination method of Omeprazole in Omeprazole Enteric-Coated Capsules from different batch in the same factory by Near-infrared spectroscopy technique.Through collecting Near-infrared spectra,with HPLC values as reference,the quantitative calibration model was built by partial least squares(PLS).The correlation coefficient(R)was 0.978,the root mean squared error of calibration(RMSEC)and root mean squared error of cross-validation(RMSECV)were 0.0899 and 0.182,and root mean squared error of prediction(RMSEP)was 0.161.Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate and not required complicated pre-treatment,and it provides a promising application for pharmaceutical production process and quality control.
