摘　　要：目的对岳阳市2009年报告的疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测报告情况进行分析,以减少AEFI的发生,并指导基层提高监测质量。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析岳阳市2009年报告的AEFI个案分布特征,并对监测质量进行评价。结果 2009年岳阳市所辖10个县(市、区)中除君山区和临湘市外均有AEFI报告,共报告个案175例,偶合症、不良反应和心因性反应分别占60.57%、38.86%和0.57%,无疫苗质量事故和接种事故报告。麻腮疫苗、麻疹疫苗、甲型H1N1流感疫苗的AEFI报告发生率分别为702.91/10万、14.38/10万、4.61/10万。7项AEFI监测评价指标达标6项,其中3项达100%。结论 2009年岳阳市的AEFI监测报告情况明显改进,监测结果初步反映本地AEFI发生的分布特征,但整体质量还需进一步提高。Objective To analyze the adverse events following immunization（AEFI） with vaccine in Yueyang in 2009,so as to reduce the incidence of AEFI and improve the quality of AEFI surveillance.Methods The distribution characteristics of AEFI in Yueyang in 2009 were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.And the quality of AEFI surveillance was assessed.Results There were 175 cases of AEFI reported in Yueyang in 2009,including 106 cases with coincidental illness（60.57%）,68 cases with adverse reaction（38.86%）,and 1 case with psychogenic reaction（0.57%）.No vaccine quality events and inoculation incidents occurred.The report incidence rates of AEFI in measles and mumps vaccine,measles vaccine,and influenza A H1N1 vaccine were 702.91/100,000,14.38/100,000,and 4.61/100,000,respectively.There were 7 surveillance indicators,6 indicators reached the standard,of which 3 indicators was 100%.Conclusions The surveillance report of AEFI in Yueyang in 2009 improved significantly and the results preliminarily reflected the local distribution of AEFI,but the overall quality needed to be improved.
