摘　　要：目的观察肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体-1(sTN-FR-1)、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体-2(sTNFR-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化对不同程度老年慢性左心衰竭的影响。方法测定不同程度老年慢性左心衰竭患者TNF-α、sTNFR-1、sTNFR-2和VEGF的水平。结果 TNF-α、sTNFR-1、sTNFR-2和VEGF水平明显增高,且NYHA分级Ⅳ级组明显高于NYHA分级Ⅰ级组。结论 TNF-α、sTNFR-1、sTNFR-2和VEGF水平的变化可能预测老年慢性左心衰竭的发生、发展及严重程度。Objective It is to observe the effects of changes of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and its soluble receptors（sTNFR-1 and sTNFR-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） on chronic left heart failure of various degrees in elderly patients.Methods The levels of TNF-α,sTNFR-1,sTNFR-2 and VEGF were detected in elderly patients with chronic LV failure of various degrees.Results The levels of TNF-α,sTNFR-1,sTNFR-2 and VEGF were increased in severe chronic left heart failure,the levels were significantly higher in NYHA class Ⅳ group than that in NYHA classⅠgroup.Conclusion The changes of the levels of TNF-α,sTNFR-1,sTNFR-2 and VEGF may predict occurrence,development and severe degrees in elderly patients with chronic left heart failure.
