摘　　要：目的了解青海省西宁市不同职业人群心理健康状况和社会支持状况,为心理健康教育与人群干预提供依据。方法采取分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取西宁市公务员、科技人员、企事业管理人员、体力劳动者、教师5类职业人群共2211人,进行心理健康状况和社会支持状况的问卷调查。结果调查对象的状态焦虑平均得分为43.91±9.59分,抑郁平均分为42.60±8.28分,处于无抑郁、轻度抑郁、中至重度抑郁和重度抑郁状态的人分别占33.2%、32.1%、32.0%和2.7%;社会支持平均分为40.54±7.64分。调查对象的状态焦虑得分与自评抑郁得分的相关系数为0.723(P<0.01),两者与社会支持得分的相关系数分别为-0.300和-0.338(P<0.01)。结论西宁市职业人群的焦虑和抑郁状况较为严重,亟待加强对职业人群的心理疏导。良好的社会支持有助于职业人群的心理健康。Objective To understand the status of mental health and social support among 5 kinds of occupational groups in Xining City of Qinghai Province,and to provide the basis for health education and prevention.Methods A total of 2211 persons as civil servants,scientific and technical personnel,administrative staff,teachers and physical workers were selected from Xining City with stratified random cluster sampling to undergo a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire contained State Anxiety Inventory（S-AI）,Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）,and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Results The average state anxiety score of the participants was 43.91±9.59,and their average self-rating depression score was 42.60±8.28.33.2% of the participants were normal,and the rates of the participants at the states of mild,moderate,and severe depression were 32.1%,32.0%,and 2.7%,respectively.The average score of social support of the participants was 40.54±7.64.The correlation coefficients between anxiety and depression,between anxiety and social support,and between depression and social support were 0.723,-0.300 and-0.338（P0.01）.Conclusion The status of anxiety and depression of occupational population in Xining City is serious certainly,and the psychological counseling should be strengthened to them.Good social support can promote the mental health of the occupational population.
