浙江省杭州市余杭区居民健康素养水平现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解浙江省杭州市余杭区居民健康素养水平,以评价全民健康促进行动计划的现阶段结果。方法多阶段分层整群抽样方法抽取余杭区18~69岁的在职人群和社区居民合计1623人进行健康素养的问卷调查。结果余杭区居民健康素养、基本知识与理念素养、健康生活方式与行为素养和健康技能素养分别为26.5%、43.0%、7.6%和33.6%,除健康生活方式与行为素养外,其他均高于全国和浙江省的水平。结论余杭区健康素养水平较高,但应加强倡导健康行为和生活方式,寻找改善居民健康生活方式的有效措施。Objective To understand the current result of health education and health promotion and analysis the current status of health literacy.Methods By multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling,totally 1623 community residents and working residents aged from 18 to 69 years old were investigated in Yuhang District.Results The health literacy rate of residents was 26.5 %,including basic knowledge and attitudes（43.0%）,health lifestyles and behaviors（7.6%）,basic health skills（33.6 %）.Except the health lifestyles and behaviors literacy,other indictors were higher than the country average level and average level of Zhejiang Province.Conclusion There was a higher health literacy rate of residents in Yuhang District,but we should focus on promoting healthy behavior and healthy lifestyles and exploring the effective measures.
