摘　　要：目的：观察人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）治疗青春期前低促性腺激素性性腺发育不良型小阴茎的疗效并探讨其药理作用机制。方法：36例经临床确诊的青春期前低促性腺激素性性腺发育不良型小阴茎患儿,年龄9~12岁,平均10.2岁。给予肌内注射HCG治疗,每个疗程总量为10 000U。所有患儿均接受随访,随访期限为3个月。随访资料包括阴茎长度,治疗前及治疗后3个月时血清睾酮（T）、黄体生成素（LH）和卵泡刺激素（FSH）水平。结果：所有患儿治疗后阴茎长度均较治疗前明显增长（P〈0.01）,同时血清T水平上升（P〈0.01）。治疗前后LH、FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.01）。结论：HCG对青春期前低促性腺激素性性腺发育不良型小阴茎的疗效肯定。Objective：To investigate the effect and pharmacological mechanisms of hCG on micropenis of prepubertal children with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.Methods：36 patients were treated with hCG.Their serum T,LH and FSH were measured respectively by radioimmunoassay and their penis size were measured before treatment and at 3 months after treatment of hCG.Results：The penis size of all patients were longer than that before the treatment with hCG and the level of serum T raised after the treatment（P0.01）.No significant changes were seen in the level of LH and FSH between before and after hCG therapy.Conclusion：The effect of hCG on micropenis of prepubertal children with hypogoadotropic hypogonadism are satisfied.Its effect is achieved by increasing serum T level of the patient.
