摘　　要：简要回顾了2011年1季度宏观经济、电力需求和电煤消费的相关情况,对迎峰度夏期间电煤供需形势进行了分析展望,预计届时全国电煤供需将呈"基本平衡,局部紧张"的基本格局。针对电煤供需形势及问题,对政府、发电企业、煤炭生产企业及电网企业提出了若干对策建议。This paper briefly reviews the macro-economy performance and electricity demand, as well as the thermal coal supply-demand situation in the first quarter of the year 2011, and presents an outlook and analysis of the thermal coal supply and demand for the peak load in the coming summer. It concludes that an overall supply-demand balance of the thermal coal will be reached over the country but the situation will remain tight in some localities at the regional level. The paper also proposes countermeasures and suggestions to address the conflicts between the supply and demand of the thermal coal.
