摘　　要：分析了2011年1季度的宏观经济运行情况和电力需求、电力供应、电力供需形势,预测了2季度的宏观经济走势和全国及各区域电力需求和电力供应形势,对局部地区可能出现的电力供需紧张状况提出了一些对策建议。An analysis is made on the macro-economy, power supply and demand situation in the first quarter of2011, followed by an outlook of the economic movement and power supply situations in the second quarter. Recommendations are provided to address possible power supply shortages in some areas in the following quarter.
