摘　　要：介绍了水性免中涂工艺的应用背景和工艺路线,着重介绍水性免中涂(B1B2)工艺的机理和特点,并分别通过了实验室验证和实车喷涂验证。The application background and the process route of waterborne free intermediate coating technology were described,and the mechanisms and characteristics of waterborne free intermediate coating technologies（B1B2） which were verified by laboratory authentication and real vehicle spray verification were introduced in detail.
