摘  要:介绍了国内外焦化蜡油(CGO)的深加工处理方法以及在加工时所存在的问题。焦化蜡油中的氮化物不仅能使深加工过程中的催化剂中毒且其产物燃烧时还会严重污染环境。为有效利用焦化蜡油需要对其进行预处理,加氢脱氮预处理设备投资少、操作费用低,但耗氢量大、加氢催化剂开发难度大、实际应用受到一定限制。非加氢脱氮预处理方法有酸碱中和法、溶剂萃取法、络合法、吸附法等。组合脱氮技术是由单一的非加氢脱氮方法相互组合,互取长短,使得脱氮效率大幅提高,该工艺将是今后一段时间的主攻方向。This paper introduces the deep-processing methods of coking gas nil (CGO) and the problems during the processing in domestic and abroad. The nitride in CGO can not only make the catalyst deactivation in the deep-processing, but also its combustion of the products may pollute environment seriously. The pretreatment is necessary in order to utilize CGO effectively. The hydrogenation denitrification pretreatment has some advantages, such as low devices investment and operation cost, but it consumes large amounts of hydrogen and it is difficult to develop hydrogenation catalyst, and, its practical application is limited. The non-hydrogenation denitri^cation pretreatment methnds include acid-alkali neutralization, solvent extraction, complexomctry and adsorption, etc. The combination denitrification technology will be the development direction in the future which properly assembles non-hydrogenation nitrification methods.
