摘  要:采用原位聚合法制备了核壳结构的聚苯胺(PANI)/羰铁粉(CIP)复合材料,考察了掺杂酸种类、盐酸浓度、CIP用量、预搅拌时间等反应条件对反应过程及复合材料形貌和电导率的影响。以盐酸和对甲基苯磺酸为掺杂酸,均可得到核壳结构的PANI/CIP复合材料,但掺杂盐酸时综合效果较好。盐酸浓度为0.15mol/L时制备PANI/CIP复合材料的反应诱导期短,形貌均匀、规则,电导率较高。CIP与苯胺(An)质量比为1:1和2:1时均可得到表观形貌较好的PANI/CIP复合材料,但随着m(CIP)/m(An)增大,复合材料的电导率下降。The authors prepared polyaniline/carbonyl iron powder (PANI/CIP) composites with core-shell structure via in-situ polymerization and studied the effect of polymerization conditions, such as type of doping acid, HC1 concentration, CIP dosage and pre-stirring time on the reaction process and the morphology and conductivity of the composites. Both HCl acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid could be used as doping acid to prepared the PANI/CIP composites with core-shell structure, but the former had better comprehensive effect. The induction period of the reaction was short and the PANI/CIP composites acquired homogeneous and regular morphology and high conductivity in the case of preparing the composite under the condition of setting HCl concentration at 0.15 mol/L. The PANI/CIP composites with good apparent morphology could be obtained when the mass ratio of CIP to aniline (An) was either 1 : 1 or 2 : 1, but the conductivity of the composites decreased as the mass ratio increased.
