摘  要:采用熔融挤出共混的方法,选用三种废胶粉填充聚丙烯(PP),制备了PP/废胶粉复合材料,研究了废胶粉质量分数对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:废旧三元乙丙橡胶粉可明显提高复合材料冲击强度和拉伸断裂应变,当其质量分数为60%时,简支梁缺口冲击强度可提高33%,拉伸断裂应变增大了126%,有显著的增韧效果:废旧杂胶粉的加入使复合材料表现出较好的拉伸强度和弯曲应力,且少量废旧杂胶粉也可起到增韧的作用;废旧丁腈橡胶粉的加入不能改善复合材料的力学性能,不适合用来填充改性PP。The authors selected and used three kinds of waste rubber powders(WRP) to prepare polypropylene(PP) composites via melt extrusion, and studied the effect of mass contents of WRP on mechanical properties of the PP/WRP composites. The results show that waste ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) powder can enhance the impact strength and tensile strain at break of the composites significantly. When the mass fraction of waste EPDM powder is 60%, the notched Charpy impact strength and tensile strain at break increase by 33% and 126%, respectively, indicating the remarkable toughening effect. The added mixture of the waste rubber powders endows the composites with high tensile strength and flexural stress, and can play a toughening function even if it is a small amount. Waste nitrile-butadiene rubber(NBR) powder is unable to improve mechanical properties of the composites and therefore, is not suitable for filling PP.
