摘 要:采用原位悬浮聚合制备了丙烯酸酯共聚物(ACR)接枝氯乙烯(VC)(ACR-g-VC)树脂和ACR-g-VC/纳米水滑石复合材料,并研究了复合材料的形态、加工塑化性能、力学和热性能。采用原位聚合/熔融加工得到的ACR-g-VC/纳米水滑石复合材料中,纳米水滑石基本以初级粒子形式存在,分散性明显优于由ACR-g-VC与纳米水滑石直接熔融共混制备的复合材料。水滑石含量对原位聚合/熔融加工得到的ACR-g-VC/纳米水滑石复合材料的简支梁缺口冲击强度和储能模量影响较小,而ACR-g-VC的热稳定和加工塑化性能随纳米水滑石的引入而提高。水滑石质量分数为2%的复合材料质量损失10%的温度比聚氯乙烯提高近20℃,而塑化时间缩短至22 s。The authors prepared the resin of vinyl chloride grafted by acrylate copolymer(ACR-g-VC) via in-situ suspension polymerization and the composites consisting of ACR-g-VC and nano-hydrotaleite. Morphology, processability, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the resultant composites were studied. Nano-hydrotalcite existed mainly in the primary particle form in poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) matrix of the ACR-g-VC/nano-hydrotalcite composites prepared via in-situ polymerization/melt processing, and their dispersivity was obviously superior to that of the nano-particles in the composite prepared by direct melt blending of ACR-g-VC with the nano-hydrotalcite. The content of nano-hydrotalcite had slight influence on the impact strength and the storage modulus of the composites prepared via in-situ polymerization/melt processing, while the plastic processability and thermal stability of ACR-g-VC improved with amount of the nano-hydrotalcite incorporated in the polymerization. The temperature of 10% loss in mass of the composite containing 2% of nano-hydrotalcite in mass increased nearly by 20℃ in comparison with that of PVC, and the plasticization time of the composite was shortened to 22 seconds.
