摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了气相法聚乙烯催化剂。研究了组成、粒径分布、微观形态、载钛时间和TiCl_4加入量对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:该催化剂具有与商用催化剂相似的组成,粒径分布窄,颗粒形态良好;通过选择高比表面积的硅胶载体、提高催化剂有效组分的负载量和适当延长载钛时间可提高催化剂效率;当硅胶比表面积为312m^2/g,负载时间为4h,催化剂中w(Ti)达1.66%时,催化剂活性可达2 515g/g。A kind of catalyst for gas-phase polymerization of ethylene was prepared via impregnation process. The effects of composition, micromorphology, particle size distribution, loading time of titanium and amount of titanium tetrachloride on properties of the catalysts were studied. The results show that the composition of the catalyst is similar to that of its counterpart available in the market. The catalyst has good particle morphology and narrow particle size distribution. The efficiency of the catalyst can be improved by using silica gel with high specific surface area, raising amount of the effective component of the catalyst on silica gel and properly increasing loading time of titanium. The catalytic activity can reach 2 515 g/g when using silica gel with specific surface area of 312 m2/g and setting loading time of titanium at 4 hours and titanium mass fraction of the catalysts at 1.66%.
