摘  要:温度是工业、消费类和计算机应用中最为普遍测量的变量之一。为了实现这些应用环境中对多点温度的监控,设计了一款以Atmega8单片机作为微控制器,NTC热敏电阻(NTCG163JF103FT)作为温度传感器的多路高精度测温设备。该系统中测量网络采用热敏电阻与固定电阻直接分压方式实现,并使用Steinhart-Hart三阶方程对热敏电阻温度——电阻特性曲线进行拟合,可同时对4路温度进行采样测量,温度测量范围-25℃~100℃,测量精度优于±0.5℃。显示模块选用1602LCD,可用按键切换显示各路实时温度值、温度最大值等。The temperature is one of the variables most commonly measured in industrial,consumer and computer applications.In order to achieve the monitoring of multi-point temperature in these applications,this paper has designed a multi-channel high-precision temperature measuring equipment,which uses Atmega8 SCM as a micro-controller and the NTC thermistor(NTCG163JF103FT) as the temperature sensor.In this system,the measurement network uses the mode of directly pressuring between the thermistor resistance and the fixed one,and uses the Steinhart-Hart equation of third-order to fit the thermistor temperature-resistor characteristic curve.It has accomplished four-way sampling temperature measurements at the same time,and the temperature range-25 ℃ to 100 ℃,whose measurement accuracy better than ± 0.5 ℃.Meanwhile,we choose the 1602 LCD in the display part,and switch keys to display all real-time temperature,maximum value and so on.
